Liz is a former gymnastics coach with experience in belly dancing, yoga, pilates, and pelvic floor training. When diagnosed with PCOS at an early age and the healthcare system turned their back on her, she decided to find her own solutions through lifestyle changes focusing on reconnecting with female movements and nature. Today, she has solved her health issues and strives to inspire other women to join her journey and empower their sexual health and strengthen relationships.
