Program structure

Week 1
Introduction
Introducing kegel exercises and standard positions. Starting a routine

Week 2
Build upon the Basics
We keep practicing the basic positions and kegel exercises. New Positions and movements are introduced as well

Week 3
Deepening Motion Range
We work with isolation and deepening the range of motion in different dynamic positions as well as including more pelvic floor exercises

Week 4
Increasing Speed & Intensity
As we gain strength and mobility we increase speed, challenging our stamina and strength

Week 5
Combining Mobility with Speed and Strength
We continue working with a deeper range of motion and pelvic floor exercises along with speed and intensity

Finalizing your Training
We incorporate everything you've learned into an exercise program you can use in the future

Video guided workout sessions

18 Yoni Pulse guided video sessions divided into 6 modules. Each video ranges from 20 to 60 minutes

Training program

A 6-week workout program in English tailored to fit beginners and intermediates. The workouts will progress as your skills increase along the way

Access from anywhere

3 months access to all the video sessions from anywhere. All you need is a phone or computer and an internet connection
